Typically, we can begin construction of your home within thirty days of your mortgage approval. After approval, we will work with you to finalize any logistical issues such as zoning, set-backs, title examinations, permits or other variables.

We will assist you in making plan changes and substitutions that better suit the needs of your family as long as they meet required engineering and code guidelines. Most floor plan changes, if finalized prior to the start of construction, can be made with no additional charge.
