Company History

Carolina Model Home Corporation, the parent company of Homeworks Custom Builders was founded in 1957 by Daniel J. Dudley and P. M. Williams to offer quality-built, affordable homes.

Regal Industries, Inc., our manufacturing facility, was opened in 1969 for the express purpose of offering high quality building components, efficient and cost effective construction processes and state-of-the-art engineering methods.

We also operate D&W Mechanical Company which provides plumbing and electrical services exclusively for Homeworks Custom Builders.
