Carolina Model Home Corporation, the parent company of Homeworks Custom Builders, was founded in 1957 by Daniel J. Dudley and P. M. Williams to offer quality-built, affordable homes throughout North and South Carolina.
Our construction facility, Regal Industries, Inc., was opened in 1969 for the express purpose of offering high-quality building components, efficient and cost effective construction processes, and state-of-the-art engineering methods.
We also operate D&W Mechanical Company, which provides plumbing and electrical services exclusively for Homeworks Custom Builders.
